  • If 30 days have passed, we may not be able to process your request.

Eligibility for Returns

✅ Not be on the list of non-returnable items (e.g., personal hygiene products, underwear, earrings).

Return Reasons & Process

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

2️⃣ Change of Mind:

  • If you simply no longer want the item, you may still return it.
  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

How to Return an Item?

    • Attach clear images if applicable.
  2. Ship the Return:
    • Package the product securely.
    • Ship it to the provided return address.
    • Keep the tracking number as proof of shipment.
  3. Processing the Refund:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized orders.
❌ Used or damaged items not due to our error.
❌ Hygiene products such as underwear and earrings.
